This project was completed by Brian Lathrop, Joe Knight and staff while Brian was Healthcare Principal at Knight Architects. The project includes an upper level for Pediatrics of about 6,300 s.f. with an undeveloped lower level of 3,300 s.f.

The project was completed in the fall of 1999 on a difficult site, saving a historic tree. The pediatric suite is designed to accommodate 3 busy Pediatricians, including full business and lab functions. The project is designed to be aesthetically pleasing to children, yet highly efficient for the staff and physicians to minimize the overall staff requirement.
