Completed in October 2000, this 6,350 s.f. medical practice facility is the first freestanding building of Architecture for Health, Inc. The new orthopedic group practice facility is designed to accommodate 4 busy orthopedic surgeons. Recently negotiated with a regional contractor, Matthews Construction, the project came in under the original budget.
The design of the project utilizes traditional lines and materials with brick, synthetic stucco and cast stone accents to create the upscale yet conservative image the client desired. The planning, complete with centralized x-ray, casting and film storage includes a major attic storage room in addition to the plan shown.
