This full-services project, includes an upper level of approximately 5,775 SF for a growing cardiology office practice and an equivalent area on the lower level for development of additional medical rental suites. Architecture For Health was subsequently hired to infill that lower level with a suite for a busy oral surgery practice and a speculative suite. Architecture For Health returned to provide services for those lower level tenants for an oral surgery suite and an additional speculative suite.
The Cardiology office suite includes space for growth to at least 2 physicians plus 2 additional physician extenders. It includes a nuclear imaging room and stress/echo room as well as 8 exam rooms..
The facility was completed in the fall of 2003 is built into a hillside with grade level entries at both levels avoiding the expense of an elevator.
